We use a limited combination of cookies and similar technologies to make the website work, keep accounts secure, remember settings, support course functionality, maintain session continuity, and improve the reliability of the Service.

We do not use cookies to store your full payment card number, CVV, or account password in readable form.

  • support WordPress and website security functions;

  • restore essential functionality when you move between LEFYU pages.

B. Functional and preference storage

LEFYU is an interactive learning platform. Certain course features may use browser storage to remember information needed for the learning experience, such as recently viewed content, study preferences, progress-related interface state, audio settings, or other course controls.

Some learning records may also be associated with your LEFYU account on our servers so that the Service can provide continuity, progress tracking, and account-specific features.

Clearing your browser's cookies or local storage may reset some device-specific preferences or locally stored course state. It does not necessarily delete information already stored in your LEFYU account.

Some parts of the Service may direct you to or interact with third-party providers. Those providers may use their own cookies or similar technologies when you visit or use their services.

Examples can include:

  • PayPhone, when you continue from LEFYU to the secure payment experience;
  • hosting, security, email-delivery, or infrastructure providers that support operation of the website;
  • embedded media or external content, if such content is used on a particular page; and
  • social-media websites after you choose to follow an external social link.

Third-party cookies are controlled by the relevant provider and are subject to that provider's own privacy and cookie practices.

Card payments are processed through PayPhone. LEFYU does not use browser cookies or local storage to save your full card number or CVV.

When you proceed to PayPhone, PayPhone may use its own security, fraud-prevention, session, or payment technologies on its systems. Those technologies are governed by PayPhone's policies.

If LEFYU later activates an approved card-tokenization or future-payment feature, we will update the relevant Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions, checkout disclosures, and this Cookie Policy as necessary before using that feature.

You can usually delete or block cookies through your browser settings. Most modern browsers also allow you to clear local storage and other site data.

Keep in mind that removing or blocking essential site data can:

  • sign you out of your account;
  • reset device-specific course settings;
  • remove locally stored preferences;
  • interrupt checkout or security functions; or
  • cause some parts of the course to behave as if you are using a new browser or device.

If we introduce a dedicated cookie-consent control for optional cookies, you will also be able to use that control to manage the categories it covers.

The retention period depends on the technology and its purpose:
