V. PAYMENTS AND PAYPHONE

LEFYU accepts online card payments through PayPhone. When you choose to pay by card, the card-payment process is handled by PayPhone. LEFYU does not store your complete payment-card number or CVV on its own servers.

For payment and account-access purposes, LEFYU may store or receive information such as your order number, email address, amount, currency, transaction identifiers, approval or decline status, payment status, refund or chargeback information, and other transaction metadata necessary to verify and administer the purchase.

If LEFYU later introduces card tokenization, recurring billing, a card-based trial, or another payment feature that materially changes how payment information is processed, this Privacy Policy and the relevant checkout disclosures will be updated before that feature is used. A future charge will not be based solely on a prior free email-only access unless the customer has separately provided the required payment authorization.
